SAFETY
Our lifting systems have an SF (Safety Factor) 5: 1 rating. This means that the hoisting system can carry 5 times the specified weight for breakage. However, you must not exceed the specified weight because shock can occur during hoisting or an uneven load of the hoisting system may occur. With a 5: 1 Safety Factor, you can only use the big bag 1 time. For reusable big bags, you must have a Safety Factor of at least 6: 1.
FABRIC
We usually do not care for our fabrics (fabrics) from which our products are made. The thickness of the fabric determines the carrying capacity and thus the allowable loading weight of the big bag and is also determined by the materials you want to do. Our fabrics are always strong enough to safely carry the weight we provide for materials without sharp edges. Sand, gravel, stones, wood, ... can be found in our big bags without any problem. However, if you want to do sharp and / or heavy objects in the big bags like metal profiles, reinforced with reinforcement, concrete beams, splintered wood, ... then we recommend contacting us so that we can find a suitable solution. offer. If our big bags are perforated, this will have a negative impact on the carrying capacity of big bag.
